The main objective of this project is reduction of youth unemployment among the Roma in rural areas through their active participation in environment protection activities..
Specific objectives are:
- Acquainting of Roma students from “Hristo Botev“ Secondary School in Lopyan village with the importance, functions and problems of the Bulgarian forest land in an informal setting;
- Acquisition of the target group of practical knowledge and skills related to the implementation of key forest activities;
- Facilitating social inclusion and training for employment in the forestry of young Roma students.
