The seminar took place from 25th to 31st May in the European Youth Center of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France. At the event there were representatives from eight European countries – France, Germany, Portugal, Bulgaria, Poland and the contact movements from Nicaragua, Armenia and Norway.

The seminar comprised of the regular consultations with experts, daily working groups, field visits, games and large discussions, at the end of which a political document on sustainable agriculture in rural areas was drawn up. The political document, which is the culmination of the seminar, will be discussed and voted on at the upcoming General Assembly in Germany. During the seminar our participants presented the project “NO to Poverty - YES to Labour” to the other youth organizations. The objectives and activities under the project were explained by means of coloured posters and pictures, which attracted the interest of the young people and many joined us in our cause.
