Y.M.D.R.A.B.International Youth Seminar: "You(th) can be actor for rural development in Europe” and the General Assembly of MIJARC Europe. The event was hosted by YMDRAB. Youth Initiative held from 8 to 16 August 2009 in the municipalities of Botevgrad, Pravets and Etropole and attended over 50 young people from 10 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Austria, and Bulgaria). During the General Assembly for a member of the European team, was elected representative from YMDRAB who currently occupies the post Vice-President of MIJARC Europe. The initiative on the occasion of August 12 - International Youth Day was held Round table with participation of many famous guests such as:
- Svetlana Lomeva - former Deputy Minister of Education, Youth and Science;
- Ivan Modev - Executive Director of National Centre "European Youth Programs and Initiatives”;
- Emil Dimitrov - Deputy Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on “Agriculture”;
- Ilko Yordanov - expert of the “Open Society Institute"
- Daniel Georgiev - member of National Parliament in 41 th National Assembly;
- eng. Bogomil Georgiev - Mayor of Etropole.
